Tracing your emails is a great tool for when people say they haven't received your email. cPanel provides a tool to allow you to track all your emails going in and out of the mailing server. This is vital information for troubleshooting your email. To access this feature, do the following:
1) Login to your cPanel Account, follow this article on how to do that click here
2) Under the Email section click on the 'Track Delivery' button
3) Click on the 'Show All' button to find all email activity in the past 30 days or fill in the Recipient Email (optional) field first then click 'Show All' button to show all history for a specific email account
4) The list will generate with information, for a more detailed report of the email route click on the '(i)' button
